Dear valued customer, At Edwards Lifesciences, we strive to be your partner in improving the quality of patient care. In alignment with this mission, this letter is to inform you that we will be discontinuing service and support of the EV1000 clinical platform due to decreasing availability of electronic components. You may continue to use the EV1000 system throughout its lifespan. EV1000 monitors covered under active service agreements will continue to receive service and support through the terms of the existing agreement, but no renewals will be offered past the end of service date. Sales of the EV1000 clinical platform will be discontinued effective immediately. For customers that do not have an existing service agreement, product support for the EV1000 will be available until December 31, 2022. Product name Model Number Figure
