VORSICHT: Gefahr von Schäden an den Produkten: Durch Verwendung von nicht durch KARL STORZ freigegebene Chemikalien besteht die Gefahr der Beschädigung von Instrumenten. Verwenden Sie zur Aufbereitung ausschließlich die im Abschnitt „Reinigungs- und Desinfektionsmittel" aufgeführten Chemikalien.
WARNUNG: Die Instrumente müssen zur Aufbereitung, wie in Punkt 2.2 beschrieben, demontiert werden.
HINWEIS: Zur Sicherstellung der Reinigungseffizienz unmittelbar nach der Anwendung im Eingriffsraum grobe Verunreinigungen, korrosive Lösungen und Arzneimittel vom Instrument z. B. durch Abwischen mit einer mit destilliertem Wasser befeuchteten Kompresse entfernen.

WARNING: The instruments must be disassembled as described in item 2.2 for reprocessing.
NOTE: In order to ensure efficient cleaning, remove heavy soiling, corrosive solutions and pharmaceuticals from the instrument immediately after use in the procedure room, e.g., by wiping down with a surgical pad moistened with distilled water.

Sicht- und Funktionskontrolle
Nach Abschluss der Aufbereitung muss eine visuelle Kontrolle auf Rückstände erfolgen. Ggf. Aufbereitungs schritte wiederholen.

Sterilisation
Zur Sterilisation werden die Instrumente verpackt. Es dürfen nur gereinigte, desinfizierte, trockene und funktionsfähige Medizinprodukte in geeigneter Verpackung sterilisiert werden. Diese Instrumente sind in demontiertem Zustand bei 134 °C – 137 °C mit einer Mindesteinwirkzeit von 4 Minuten bis max. 18 Minuten zu sterilisieren. Verwenden Sie vorzugsweise die Dampfsterilisation im fraktioniertem Vorvakuumverfahren nach ISO 17665/EN554.

Kontrolle und Funktionsprüfung
Beschädigte oder korrodierte Instrumente dürfen nicht weiterverwendet werden. Die Glasreflektoren dürfen keine Beschädigungen (Kratzer usw.) aufweisen oder trübe sein.

Visual and functional check

A visual check for residue must be performed once reprocessing has been completed. Repeat reprocessing steps if necessary.

Sterilization
The instruments are always packaged for sterilization. Only cleaned, disinfected, dry and functional medical devices in suitable packaging may be sterilized. This instrument must be sterilized in its disassembled state at 134 °C – 137 °C with a minimum exposure time of 4 minutes and a maximum of 18 minutes. Steam sterilization using the fractionated prevacuum procedure as per ISO 17665/EN554 is preferable.

Check and functional test
Damaged or corroded instruments must not be used further. The glass reflectors must not display any signs of damage (scratches, etc.) or become cloudy.

Comprobación visual y control de funcionamiento
Una vez concluida la preparación, es necesario comprobar visualmente que no quedan residuos. Si es necesario, repita los pasos de preparación.

Esterilización
Los instrumentos se embalan para la esterilización. Sólo los productos médicos limpios, desinfectados, secos y en condiciones de funcionar, envasados en un embalaje adecuado, están en condiciones de ser esterilizados. Esterilice estos instrumentos estando desmontados a 134 °C – 137 °C durante un tiempo mínimo de aplicación de 4 y un máximo de 18 minutos. Preferentemente, efectúe una esterilización por vapor con el procedimiento de prevacío fraccionado según ISO 17665/EN554.

Control y prueba de funcionamiento
Los instrumentos deteriorados o corroídos no deben seguir siendo utilizados. Los reflectores de vidrio no deben presentar deterioros (rayaduras, etc.) ni zonas opacas.
