Generalidades

Für das D­LIGHT P­System zur Fluoreszenzdiagnostik sind starre Endoskope, Lichtleitkabel und IMAGE1 S Kamerakontrolleinheiten erhältlich, die speziell für die Fluoreszenzdiagnostik modifiziert wurden. Das D­LIGHT P­System darf nur mit empfohlenem Zubehör verwendet werden. Die empfohlene Systemzusammenstellung können Sie der Systembeschreibung für KARL STORZ Fluoreszenz Imaging (FI) Systeme entnehmen.

For the D­LIGHT P system for fluorescence diagnostics, rigid endoscopes, fiber light cables and IMAGE1 S camera control units, are especially modified for fluorescence diagnostics. The D­LIGHT P system may be used only with recommended accessories. Refer to the system description for KARL STORZ Fluorescence Imaging (FI) Systems for the recommended configuration.

Desembalaje

Entnehmen Sie das D­LIGHT P­System und das Zubehör vorsichtig der Verpackung. Überprüfen Sie die Lieferung auf Vollständigkeit und auf eventuelle Beschädigungen. Sollte die Lieferung Anlass zur Reklamation geben, so wenden Sie sich bitte umgehend an den Hersteller oder Lieferanten. Wenn möglich, bewahren Sie die Original­ verpackung auf, sie kann bei einem Transport des Gerätes nützlich sein.

Carefully unpack the D­LIGHT P system and remove the unit and its accessories from their packaging. Check for missing items and evidence of shipping damage. File any complaints with the manufacturer or supplier immediately. If possible, retain the original packing materials for later use; these can come in handy if the unit has to be transported.

HINWEIS: Bei einer Lampenbetriebsdauer > 350 h ertönt ein Ton von 2 s Dauer und die Warnleuchte Lampenlebensdauer ③ leuchtet. Bei einer Lampenbetriebsdauer > 400 h ertönt ein intermittierender Ton von 10 s Dauer und die Kontroll-Leuchte Lampenwechsel ② leuchtet (siehe auch Abschnitt »Funktion der Warnund Kontroll-Leuchten auf der Frontplatte« Seite 17).

Das D­LIGHT P­System stellt sich automatisch auf eine Leistungsabgabe von 100 % im reduzierten Weißlichtmodus der Applikation ein* bzw. auf 25% im »Std«­Modus. *HINWEIS: Um eine effiziente Fluoreszenzanregung zu gewährleisten, ist in der Regel eine Reduzierung der Lichtleistungsabgabe von 100 % nicht empfehlenswert, da die Fluoreszenz-Anregungsmodi nur in einem schmalen Wellenlängenbereich Licht emittieren. HINWEIS: Hat das NOVRAM (Speicher) einen Fehler, dann erscheint statt der Applikation und der Betriebsstundenanzeige die Fehlermeldung »E03« (siehe Abschnitt »Fehlersuchliste« S. 31).

The D­LIGHT P system always initializes to 100% brightness in the reduced white light mode* of the application or to 25% in ‘Std’ mode. * NOTE: To guarantee efficient fluorescence excitation, it is generally not recommended to reduce the brightness from 100%, as the fluorescence excitation modes only emit light in a small wavelength spectrum. NOTE: If the NOVRAM (memory) has a fault, the error message ‘E03’ (see section ‘Troubleshooting’ on p. 31) appears instead of the application and operating hours display.

Operating the unit

Activate power switch ①. The self­test starts (all LEDs light up). The lamp ignites. The unit version B is displayed briefly. The application that was active when the unit was switched off is reactivated (e.g.: ICG). The lamp operating time is displayed briefly. NOTE: With a lamp operating time > 350 h, a signal sounds for 2 s and the lamp service life warning light ③ glows. With a lamp operating time > 400 h, an intermittent signal sounds for 10 s and the lamp replacement indicator ② glows (also refer to the section,‘Function of the warning and indicator lights on the front panel’ on page 17).

NOTA: En caso de > 350 h de servicio, suena una señal de 2 s de duración y se enciende la luz de aviso para la vida útil de la lámpara ③. En caso de > 400 h de servicio, suena una señal intermitente de 10 s de duración y se enciende la luz de control para el cambio de la lámpara ② (véase también la sección “Función de las luces de aviso y control en la placa frontal”, pág. 17).

7. 4. 2 Lichtmodus ändern (Wechsel zwischen Weiß‑ und ICG‑Lichtmodus) Betätigen der Umschalttaste ⑨ bzw. des Fußschalters wechselt innerhalb der aktiven Applikation den Lichtmodus (Weißlicht <­> ICG­Licht). Dieser Wechsel wird durch einen kurzen Ton angezeigt. Ist der Farbmodus aktiv, zeigt die Digitalanzeige ⑦ die Abkürzung der Applikation an (siehe Seite V). Zusätzlich leuchtet die LED in der Umschalttaste.

7. 4. 2 Changing light mode (switching between white and ICG light mode) Press the changeover button ⑨ or footswitch to change the light mode (white light <­> ICG light) within the active application. This change is indicated by a short acoustic signal. If the color mode is active, the digital display ⑦ shows the abbreviation of the application (see page V). In addition, the LED in the changeover button lights up.

The white light mode (reduced white light) is used for normal viewing during an ICG session. NOTE: In the ‘Std’ (= Standard) application, the D-LIGHT P system can be used as a standard light source for endoscopy.

Auf Anfrage stellt der Hersteller ihm verfügbare Schaltpläne, ausführliche Ersatzteillisten, Beschreibungen, Einstellanweisungen und andere Unterlagen bereit, die dem entsprechend quali­ fizierten und vom Hersteller autorisierten Personal des Anwenders beim Reparieren von Geräteteilen, die vom Hersteller als reparierbar bezeichnet werden, von Nutzen sind. Das Verfügen über technische Unterlagen zum Gerät stellt auch für technisch geschultes Per­ sonal keine Autorisierung durch den Hersteller zum Öffnen oder Reparieren des Gerätes dar. Ausgenommen sind im Text der vorliegenden Gebrauchsanweisung beschriebene Eingriffe.

On request, the manufacturer will provide those circuit diagrams, itemized parts listings, descriptions, sets of adjustment instructions, and other items of available documentation to suitably qualified user personnel duly authorized by the manufacturer for their use in repairing those components of the instrument that have been designated by their respective manufacturers as repairable. Supply of such technical documentation relating to the instrument shall not be construed as constituting manufacturer’s authorization of user’s personnel, regardless of their level of technical training, to open or repair the instrument. Explicitly exempted herefrom are those maintenance and repair operations described in this manual.
