Kontraindikationen, die sich direkt auf diese Produkte beziehen, sind derzeit nicht bekannt. Die Miniatur-Nephroskope dürfen nicht angewendet werden, wenn nach Meinung eines erfahrenen Arztes eine solche Anwendung eine Gefährdung des Patienten hervorrufen würde, z.B. aufgrund des Allgemeinzustandes des Patienten. The miniature nephroscopes, in connection with endoscopic accessories, serve the diagnosis and/or treatment of clinical pictures in endourology. Contraindications relating directly to these products are not currently known. The miniature nephroscopes must not be used if, in the opinion of a qualified physician, such an application would endanger the patient, e.g. due to the patient’s general condition. Eigenmächtige Umbauten oder Veränderungen des Instrumentes sind aus Sicherheitsgründen untersagt. Unauthorized conversions or modifications to the instrument are not permitted for safety reasons. Los nefroscopios miniaturizados, en combinación con accesorios endoscópicos, sirven para el diagnóstico y/o la terapia de cuadros patológicos en endourología. Contraindicaciones: No se conocen actualmente contraindicaciones que se refieran directamente a estos productos. Los nefroscopios miniaturizados no deben aplicarse cuando, según la opinión de un médico experimentado, una utilización de este tipo pudiese representar un peligro para el paciente, p. ej., debido al estado general del paciente. Sterilisation Alle Teile können gassterilisiert oder mit 134°C +3°C dampfsterilisiert werden. Im fraktionierten Vakuumverfahren kann dieses Instrument zusammengebaut sterilisiert werden; ausgenommen jedoch die Hahnreiber und die Dichtungssysteme (diese müssen in jedem Fall zerlegt sterilisiert werden). Für andere Verfahren ist dieses Instrument zerlegt zu sterilisieren. Die Anwendungshinweise des Herstellers des Sterilisationsgerätes sind genau zu beachten.
Sterilization All parts can be gas sterilized or steam sterilized at 134°C +3°C. With the fractionated vacuum method, this instrument can be sterilized in the assembled state; apart from the valves and the sealing systems (these must be dismantled before being sterilized). For all other sterilization procedures, the instrument must first be dismantled. The instructions for use provided by the sterilization device manufacturer must be followed exactly.
Esterilización Todas las piezas pueden esterilizarse por gas o vapor a 134°C +3°C. En el procedimiento fraccionado al vacío puede esterilizarse este instrumento estando montado; exceptuando los machos de la llave y los obturadores (los mismos deben esterilizarse siempre desmontados). Para otros procedimientos hay que esterilizar este instrumento desmontado. Las Instrucciones de utilización del fabricante del aparato de esterilización han de ser tenidas en cuenta con toda exactitud.

Hahnreiber in den Instrumenteneinlauf einsetzen und mit Federkappe fixieren (leicht anziehen). Den Instrumenteneinlauf am flachen Teil halten und auf die Aufnahme aufschieben.
Insert the valve into the instrument inlet and fix in place using the spring cap (tighten gently). Hold the instrument inlet at the flat part and slide open the mount .
Monte el macho de la llave en la entrada para instrumentos y fíjelo con el tapón de muelle (apriete ligeramente). Sostenga la entrada para instrumentos por la parte plana e introdúzcala en el alojamiento .
Hinweis: Falls der Instrumenteneinlauf nicht einrastet (kleines Bild) die zylindrische Hülse zur flachen Seite hinschieben und dann montieren.
Note: If the instrument inlet does not click into place (small picture), slide the cylindrical sleeve to the flat side and then assemble
Nota: En caso de que la entrada para instrumentos no encastre (imagen pequeña), deslice el casquillo cilíndrico hacia la parte plana y móntela después.

Screw the light cable adaptor onto the light inlet piece .
