Grobe Verunreinigungen, korrosive Lösungen und Arzneimittel müssen unmittelbar nach der Anwendung vom Medizinprodukt entfernt werden. Dazu das Medizin produkt beispielsweise durch Wischen und Spülen vorreinigen. Grundsätzlich empfiehlt KARL STORZ eine manuelle Vorreinigung unter fließend kaltem Wasser.
Preparation for cleaning and disinfection
Heavy soiling, corrosive solutions and pharmaceuticals must be removed from the medical device immediately after use. To this end, preclean the medical device by wiping down and rinsing, for example. As a general rule, KARL STORZ recommends manual precleaning under cold running water.

Inmediatamente después de su aplicación, elimine del producto médico la suciedad gruesa, las soluciones corrosivas y los medicamentos. Para ello realice una limpieza previa del producto médico, por ejemplo, frotando y enjuagándolo. Brushing the surfaces Any visible contamination or heavy soiling must be removed by cleaning the surfaces under cold running water with the aid of a brush or sponge. Brushing the lumina The working channels, lumina and hollow spaces must be precleaned under cold running water with the aid of a suitable brush. Rinsing out with a pressure water gun The working channel, lumina and hollow spaces must be rinsed using a pressure water gun and a suitable rinsing attachment. For rinsing, pulse at least 3 times for 5 seconds from a jet of water with a pressure of at least 2.5 bar. The cleaning gun with accessories (Art. no. 27660) is ideal for this purpose.

Cepillado de las superficies Elimine la contaminación visible y la suciedad más gruesa de las superficies utilizando para ello un cepillo o una esponja bajo agua corriente fría. Cepillado de los lúmenes Efectúe una limpieza previa de los canales de trabajo, los lúmenes y los espacios huecos utilizando para ello un cepillo adecuado bajo agua corriente fría. Enjuague mediante pistola de agua a presión El canal de trabajo, el lumen y los espacios huecos han de enjuagarse con una pistola de agua a presión provista de un adaptador de irrigación adecuado. Para el enjuague ha de aplicarse un chorro de agua por impulsos alternos 3 veces durante 5 segundos cada vez, con una presión de 2,5 bares como mínimo. A tal efecto, se recomienda emplear la pistola de limpieza con accesorios (n.° de art. 27660).

Zur Durchführung der Aufbereitung erforderliches Zubehör: Bürsten: 27652, 27650 F
Bürsten der Oberflächen Sichtbare Kontamination bzw. grobe Verschmutzungen müssen mit Hilfe einer Bürste oder eines Schwammes unter fließend kaltem Wasser von den Oberflächen entfernt werden. Bürsten der Lumen Arbeitskanäle, Lumen und Hohlräume müssen unter fließend kaltem Wasser mit Hilfe einer geeigneten Bürste vorgereinigt werden. Durchspülen mittels Wasserdruckpistole Arbeitskanal, Lumen und Hohlräume müssen mit einer Wasserdruckpistole unter Verwendung eines geeigneten Spülaufsatzes gespült werden. Zum Spülen muss ein gepulster Wasserstrahl mit mindestens 2,5 bar für 3 mal 5 Sekunden verwendet werden. Dazu eignet sich die Reinigungspistole mit Zubehör (Art.-Nr. 27660).
Die folgenden Verfahren zur maschinellen Dekontami nation wurden unter Einhaltung der in der Anleitung „Reinigung, Desinfektion, Pflege und Sterilisation von KARL STORZ Instrumenten“ (Art.-Nr. 96216003) beschriebenen Prozessparameter validiert und freigegeben: Maschinelle Reinigung/thermische Desinfektion Die thermische Desinfektion ist zu bevorzugen. Dieses Verfahren muss unter Berücksichtigung der länderspezifischen Regularien und des A0-Wertes angewendet werden. Die Wahl eines geeigneten Einschubwagens oder einer geeigneten Instrumentenaufnahme zur Gewährleistung einer Um- oder Durchspülung des Medizinproduktes muss in Absprache mit dem Gerätehersteller erfolgen. HINWEIS: Falls erforderlich, muss eine manuelle Nachtrocknung des Instruments durchgeführt werden.

The following methods for machine decontamination have been validated and approved subject to compliance with the process parameters described in the instructions, ‘Cleaning, Disinfection, Care and Sterilization of KARL STORZ Instruments’ (Art. no. 96216003): Machine cleaning/thermal disinfection Thermal disinfection is preferred. The relevant national requirements and the A0 value must be taken into account when using this method. The selection of a suitable slide-in tray or instrument holder, which should ensure that the medical device is thoroughly rinsed out or through, must take place in consultation with the manufacturer of the device.

Este procedimiento ha de realizarse teniendo en cuenta las reglamentaciones específicas de cada país y el valor A0. La selección de una bandeja o un sistema de alojamiento adecuado para instrumentos ha de coordinarse con el fabricante del aparato a fin de garantizar el enjuague correcto del producto médico.

Die Laufflächen am Hahnreiber 6 dünn einfetten (Spezialfett für Hähne, Art.-Nr. 27657). Hahnreiber einsetzen und mit Federkappe fixieren. Leicht anziehen.
Lightly grease the running surfaces of the cock plug 6 (special grease for stopcocks: Art. no. 27657). Insert the stopcock and fix in place using the spring cap. Tighten slightly.
Engrase ligeramente las superficies de deslizamiento en el macho de la llave 6 (grasa especial para llaves, n.° de art. 27657). Coloque el macho de la llave y fíjelo con el tapón de muelle. Apriete ligeramente.
