Die LED-Kopfleuchte dient zur Beleuchtung von Körperoberflächen, Körperhöhlen, natürlichen oder operativen Körperöffnungen bei chirurgischen sowie nicht chirurgisch invasiven Eingriffen. Es wird empfohlen, vor der Verwendung die Eignung der Produkte für den geplanten Eingriff zu überprüfen.

• Laden im 1. Drittel der Akkukapazität: 1. LED blinkt im Sekundentakt grün. • Laden im 2. Drittel der Akkukapazität: 1. LED leuchtet, 2. LED blinkt im Sekundentakt grün. • Laden im 3. Drittel der Akkukapazität: 1. + 2. LED leuchten, 3. LED blinkt im Sekundentakt grün. • Akku > 90 % geladen: 1. + 2. + 3. LED leuchten grün. • Während des Betriebs der LED-Kopfleuchte wird diese nicht geladen. Hinweis: LED-Kopfleuchte nur im ausgeschalteten Zustand laden. Beginnt die Beleuchtungs-LED der Kopfleuchte zu blinken, soll aber weiter in Betrieb bleiben, bitte die Akkupacks nacheinander austauschen. Die Akkupacks keinesfalls zeitgleich entnehmen, da die Kopfleuchte ansonsten ausschaltet (siehe Abb. F).

Verbrauchsteile wechseln
Akku 9 Der Austausch der Akkus in der Steuereinheit und auch des Akkugehäuses kann jederzeit vorgenommen werden (siehe Abb. F). Während der Anwendung sollte, falls ein Akkuwechsel notwendig ist, jedoch nur ein Akku ausgetauscht werden, ohne dass es zu einer Leistungs minderung kommt. Werden beide Akkus während der Anwendung entnommen, schaltet die Kopfleuchte aus. Stirnpolster 4 Die Druckknöpfe des Stirnpolsters öffnen und das Stirnpolster entfernen. Ein neues Stirnpolster von innen an das Kopfband legen. Die Verbindungskabel unter dem Stirnpolster vorsichtig verlegen. Lampenkörper 1 Die Druckknöpfe des Stirnpolsters entfernen und das Verbindungskabel aus der Steuereinheit entfernen. Die LED-Leuchte nach oben hin vom Kopfband abziehen.

• Charging in the first third of battery capacity: 1st LED flashes green at one-second intervals. • Charging in the second third of battery capacity: 1st LED is lit up, 2nd LED flashes green at one-second intervals. • Charging in the final third of battery capacity: 1st + 2nd LEDs are lit up, 3rd LED flashes green at onesecond intervals. • Battery > 90 % charged: 1st + 2nd + 3rd LED light up green. • The battery is not charged when the LED headlight is in operation. Note: Only charge the LED headlight when it is switched off. If the illumination LED on the headlight starts to flash, but it is to remain in operation, change the battery packs one after the other. The battery packs should never be removed simultaneously as otherwise the headlight switches off (see Fig. F).

Replacing wearing parts
Battery 9 The batteries in the control unit and in the battery housing can be replaced at any time (see Fig. F). Should it be necessary to change the batteries during use, only one battery should be replaced to prevent any deterioration in output. If both batteries are removed during use, the headlight switches off. Forehead cushion 4 Open the press fasteners on the forehead cushion and remove the latter. Place a new forehead cushion on the headband from the inside. Carefully lay the connecting cable under the forehead cushion. Lamp head 1 Remove the press fasteners on the forehead cushion and disconnect the connecting cable from the control unit. Pull the LED lamp upwards off the headband.

• Un tercio de la carga completada: el LED 1 se enciende intermitente de color verde una vez por segundo. • Dos tercios de la carga completada: el LED 1 está encendido de forma permanente, el 2 se enciende intermitente de color verde una vez por segundo. • Tres tercios de la carga completada: los LEDes 1 y 2 están encendidos de forma permanente, el 3 se enciende intermitente de color verde una vez por segundo. • Acumulador cargado > 90 %: los LEDes 1, 2 y 3 se encienden de color verde. • La lámpara frontal LED no se carga mientras está en funcionamiento. Nota: Cargue la lámpara frontal LED solo cuando esté apagada. Si el LED de iluminación de la lámpara frontal se enciende intermitente, pero debe permanecer en servicio, reemplace los acumuladores uno después de otro. No retire los acumuladores simultáneamente, dado que la lámpara frontal se apagaría (véase la fig. F).

Recambio de piezas de desgaste
Acumulador 9 El recambio de los acumuladores en la unidad de control y también de la carcasa del acumulador puede realizarse en cualquier momento (véase la fig. F). No obstante, si durante la aplicación es necesario realizar un cambio de acumulador, reemplace solo uno de los acumuladores para que no se produzca una disminución de la potencia. Si durante la aplicación tuviesen que retirarse ambos acumuladores, apague antes la lámpara frontal. Acolchado frontal 4 Abra los botones de cierre a presión y retire el acolchado frontal. Coloque un acolchado frontal nuevo por el lado interior de la cinta para la cabeza. Sitúe con cuidado el cable de conexión por debajo del acolchado frontal. Carcasa de la lámpara 1 Retire los botones de cierre a presión del acolchado frontal y desconecte el cable de conexión de la unidad de control. Extraiga hacia arriba la lámpara LED de la cinta para la cabeza.
