Tratamiento complementario previo con ultrasonidos

Zur Unterstützung der Vorreinigung muss eine Ultraschallbehandlung erfolgen. Die Einwirkzeit muss mindestens 10 Minuten bei einer Frequenz von ca. 35 kHz betragen. Anschließend muss eine Spülung mit kaltem Wasser zur Neutralisation erfolgen.

To aid preliminary cleaning, an ultrasound treatment must be performed. The exposure time must be at least 10 minutes at a frequency of approx. 35 kHz. The device must then be rinsed with cold water to ensure neutralization.

Para reforzar la limpieza previa, lleve a cabo un tratamiento con ultrasonidos. El tiempo de aplicación ha de ser de 10 minutos como mínimo con una frecuencia de aprox. 35 kHz. A continuación, lleve a cabo un enjuague con agua fría con fines de neutralización.

Maschinelle Reinigung und Desinfektion

Die folgenden Verfahren zur maschinellen Dekontami­ nation wurden unter Einhaltung der in der Anleitung „Reinigung, Desinfektion, Pflege und Sterilisation von KARL STORZ Instrumenten“ (Art.-Nr. 96216003) beschriebenen Prozessparameter validiert und freigegeben: • Maschinelle Reinigung/thermische Desinfektion Die thermische Desinfektion ist zu bevorzugen. Dieses Verfahren muss unter Berücksichtigung der länderspe­ zi­fischen Regularien und des A0-Wertes angewendet werden. Die Wahl eines geeigneten Einschubwagens oder einer geeigneten Instrumentenaufnahme zur Gewährleistung einer Um- oder Durchspülung des Medizinproduktes muss in Absprache mit dem Gerätehersteller erfolgen. HINWEIS: Falls erforderlich, muss eine manuelle Nachtrocknung des Instruments durchgeführt werden.

Montage, Prüfung und Pflege

Das gereinigte und desinfizierte Medizinprodukt muss auf Reinheit, Vollständigkeit, Schäden und Trockenheit visuell geprüft werden: • Sind noch Verschmutzungen oder Rückstände vorhanden, muss das Medizinprodukt manuell nachgereinigt und erneut einem vollständigen Reinigungs- und Desinfektionsprozess unterzogen werden. • Beschädigte oder korrodierte Medizinprodukte müssen ausgesondert werden. • Anschließend muss eine Funktionskontrolle durchgeführt werden. HINWEIS: Verwenden Sie zur Pflege die Artikel aus dem Katalog „Pflege, Sterilisation und Lagerungstechnik“.

Verpackungssysteme

Es dürfen nur genormte und zugelassene Verpackungs­ materialien und -systeme eingesetzt werden (EN 868 Teil 2–10, EN ISO 11607 Teil 1 + 2, DIN 58953).

Limpieza y desinfección mecánicas

The following methods for machine decontamination have been validated and approved subject to compliance with the process parameters described in the manual, ‘Cleaning, Disinfection, Care and Sterilization of KARL STORZ Instruments’ (Art. no. 96216003): • Machine cleaning/thermal disinfection Thermal disinfection is preferred. The relevant national requirements and the A0 value must be taken into account when using this method. The selection of a suitable slide-in tray or instrument holder, which should ensure that the medical device is thoroughly rinsed out or through, must take place in consultation with the manufacturer of the device. NOTE: If necessary, the instrument must be dried off afterwards by hand.

Los siguientes procedimientos para la descontaminación mecánica han sido validados y autorizados según los parámetros de procedimiento descritos en la Instrucción “Limpieza, desinfección, conservación y esterilización de los instrumentos de KARL STORZ” (n.º de art. 96216003): • Limpieza mecánica/desinfección térmica Utilice preferentemente la desinfección térmica. Este procedimiento ha de realizarse teniendo en cuenta las reglamentaciones específicas de cada país y el valor A0. La selección de una bandeja o un sistema de alojamiento adecuado para instrumentos ha de coordinarse con el fabricante del aparato a fin de garantizar el enjuague correcto del producto médico. NOTA: Si es necesario, efectúe un secado manual posterior del instrumento.

The cleaned and disinfected medical device must be visually inspected for cleanliness, completeness, damage and dryness: • If residues or contamination are still present, the medical device must be manually cleaned and subjected to a full cleaning and disinfection procedure once more. • Damaged or corroded medical devices must be withdrawn from use. • Afterwards, a functional check must be carried out.

Only standardized and approved packaging materials or systems may be used (EN 868 Parts 2-10, EN ISO 11607 Parts 1 + 2, DIN 58953).

Montaje, verificación y conservación

Efectúe un control visual del producto médico limpio y desinfectado, comprobando la limpieza, integridad, ausencia de deterioros y sequedad del mismo: • En caso de que todavía quedaran impurezas o residuos, someta el producto médico a una limpieza posterior manual y vuelva a llevar a cabo un proceso completo de limpieza y desinfección. • Es imprescindible retirar del servicio los productos médicos deteriorados o corroídos. • A continuación, efectúe una prueba de funcionamiento. NOTA: Utilice para la conservación los artículos del catálogo “Conservación, esterilización y técnica de almacenamiento”.

Sistemas de embalaje

Solamente deben utilizarse materiales y sistemas de embalaje normalizados y homologados (EN 868 partes 2 – 10, EN ISO 11607 partes 1 + 2, DIN 58953).
