Koagulationsinstrumente dienen dem Dissezieren, Präparieren, Fassen und Koagulieren, Modelle mit Absauganschluss dienen zusätzlich dem Absaugen von Flüssigkeiten und Gewebe, in der HNO-Heilkunde. Koagulationsinstrumente sind zur vorübergehenden Anwendung sowohl bei chirurgisch-invasiven, als auch bei natürlich invasiven Eingriffen bestimmt.
Der Einsatz des Instrumentariums ist indiziert, wenn es aus Sicht des behandelnden Arztes indiziert ist. Dazu gehören unter anderem: • Rhinologie, Rhinoplastik • Sinuschirurgie und transnasaler Zugang zur externen Schädelbasischirurgie • Ohrdiagnostik und Ohrchirurgie • Adenotomie, Tonsillektomie, Tracheotomie • Laryngoskopie, endolaryngeale Mikrolarynx- und transorale Mikrochirurgie • Oesophagoskopie, Divertikuloskopie
Der Einsatz des Koagulationsinstrumentariums ist dann kontraindiziert, wenn nach Einschätzung des behandelnden Arztes die OP-Methode kontraindiziert ist oder aufgrund des Allgemeinzustands des Patienten die OP- bzw. Narkosefähigkeit nicht gegeben ist. Das Koagulationsinstrumentarium darf nicht für Eingriffe in direktem Kontakt mit dem ZNS (Zentralen Nervensystem) und zentralen Herzkreislaufsystem verwendet werden.
Coagulation instruments are used to dissect, prepare, grasp, and coagulate. Models with a suction connection are also used for suctioning fluids and tissue in ENT medicine. Coagulation instruments are intended for transient use in both surgical invasive interventions and interventions performed through natural orifices.
The use of the instrument set is indicated if it is indicated in the opinion of the attending physician. This includes, amongst other things: • Rhinology, rhinoplasty • Sinus surgery and transnasal access for external skull base surgery • Ear diagnostics and ear surgery • Adenotomy, tonsillectomy, tracheotomy • Laryngoscopy, endolaryngeal microlarynx and transoral microsurgery • Esophagoscopy, diverticuloscopy
The use of the coagulation instrument set is contraindicated if, in the opinion of the attending physician, the surgical method as such is contraindicated or if the patient is not able to undergo surgery or anesthesia due to his or her general condition. The coagulation instrument set must not be used for interventions in direct contact with the central nervous system (CNS) and central cardiovascular system.
Los instrumentos de coagulación sirven para diseccionar, preparar, sujetar y coagular; los modelos con conexión de aspiración sirven además para aspirar líquidos y tejido en otorrinolaringología. Los instrumentos de coagulación están previstos para aplicaciones transitorias tanto en intervenciones quirúrgicas invasivas como en intervenciones invasivas a través de orificios naturales. La utilización del instrumental está indicada cuando, según la opinión del médico encargado del tratamiento, esta esté indicada. Entre estas indicaciones se incluyen: • Rinología, rinoplastia • Cirugía de los senos nasales y acceso transnasal para la cirugía externa de la base del cráneo • Diagnóstico del oído y cirugía del oído • Adenotomía, amigdalectomía, traqueotomía • Laringoscopia, cirugía microlaríngea endolaríngea y microcirugía transoral • Esofagoscopia, diverticuloscopia La utilización de instrumentos de coagulación está contraindicada cuando, según la opinión del médico encargado del tratamiento, el método quirúrgico en sí esté contraindicado o, debido al estado general del paciente, no pueda administrarse anestesia o practicarse cirugía. Los instrumentos de coagulación no deben utilizarse en intervenciones que requieran contacto directo con el sistema nervioso central (SNC) y el sistema cardiocirculatorio central.

Für eine Sterilisation in zusammengesetztem Zustand des Medizinproduktes ist ein fraktioniertes Vorvakuumverfahren (DIN EN ISO 17665-1) mit folgenden Parametern anzuwenden: • 132 °C – 137 °C mit einer Einwirkzeit von minimal 4 bis maximal 18 Minuten HINWEIS: Diese Validierung ist gültig für wiederverwendbare Schlauchsets mit einer Länge bis max. 200 cm. • 134 °C – 137 °C mit einer Einwirkzeit von minimal 3 bis maximal 18 Minuten.
The medical device must be sterilized in its fully assembled state using the fractionated prevacuum procedure (DIN EN ISO 17665-1) with the following parameters: • 132°C–137°C for an exposure time of min. 4 to max. 18 minutes. NOTE: This validation is applicable for reusable tube sets with a maximum length of 200 cm. • 134°C–137°C for an exposure time of min. 3 to max. 18 minutes.
Para una esterilización del producto médico montado, se recomienda utilizar un procedimiento de prevacío fraccionado (DIN EN ISO 17665-1) con los siguientes parámetros: • 132 °C – 137 °C con un tiempo de aplicación mínimo de 4 minutos hasta un máximo de 18 minutos NOTA: Esta validación se aplica a los sets de tubos flexibles reutilizables con una longitud de hasta 200 cm. • 134 °C – 137 °C con un tiempo de aplicación mínimo de 3 minutos hasta un máximo de 18 minutos.
